Chamber and Foundation Mission: To promote a vibrant business community, serve as the voice for commerce, and enhance to quality of life in Cottonwood and the Verde Valley.

Purpose. The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable purposes and specifically to establish a nonprofit association for the purpose of engaging in activities that positively impact the quality of life in Cottonwood and Verde Valley, Arizona, through education, economic development, workforce and affordable housing research, development and programs and community enhancement programs and services, including the making of distributions to organizations exempt from tax under Internal Revenue Code §501(c)(3) and §501(c)(6); provided, however, that the Corporation shall not engage in any activity that is not permissible under Internal Revenue Code §501(c)(3) or §501(c)(6).
